I have known Deveraux for just over 10 years now. As a manager in one of the contact centers with our former employer, I initially hired her as an agent in our service unit. Soon after I was developing a (much needed) fledgling eLearning creative team at the regional level as we had no corporate team at the time and nothing on the horizon. As I was planning the team I needed someone with the desire, skill, and credentials to design and implement our courses.
