With over a decade of experience in graphic and multimedia design, I've spent the last 8+ years crafting media content tailored for marketing, leadership development, and learning. My expertise lies in motion graphics and video production, where I specialize in designing user-focused, high-quality multimedia content that engages audiences and enhances information retention.

As a creative leader with over 5 years of experience managing direct reports, I’m a passionate, dedicated, and relationship-oriented professional. As a manager, teammate, and individual contributor, my leadership style aims to foster cohesion and inclusivity within a team, always striving for the highest quality, accessible, and effective content creation. Throughout my career, I have mentored and developed talented associates across various areas, including graphic design, motion and video production, technical and soft skills, instructional design, adult learning practices, and project/stakeholder management.

As an Agile project manager, I’ve provided companywide support, spanning multiple disciplines and cross-functional partnerships including: marketing, communications, DEI, community investments, leadership development, learning, associate onboarding, and more. This support encompasses a wide range of deliverables, including videography and post- production. motion graphics, posters, direct mail, booklets, interactive PDF workbooks, internal and external communications, SharePoint and web development, and more.

My professional journey has taken me through non-profit organizations, freelancing, design studios, and excessive experience in a corporate setting within a Fortune 500 company. I've created designs for advertising/promotional, educational/informative, and developmental purposes; spanning print, digital, web, social media, UI/UX, and eLearning development.

Outside of work, I find joy in the great outdoors, whether hiking, kayaking, swimming, or an adventure around the city. I'm at my happiest when breathing in fresh air and basking in the sunshine. I’m an avid enthusiast of theatre and musicals, attending at least one show each month. When not outdoors or in the theatre, you’ll also find me in the gym – kickboxing! I instruct one class a week for fun. Finally, I love to travel; I recently returned from a cruise to the Bahamas and my next trip will be to England & Ireland next fall.

I have been truly privileged to work with and manage many talented creatives throughout my career, each with unique strengths and skills. As a creative leader, one of my biggest priorities is to clearly recognize each individual and appropriately credit their hard work. For any work in my portfolio that was a collaborative effort, or was a project completed by a designer under my leadership and art direction, I have added credits.

  • I had the privilege of collaborating with and managing Vinodh Umaiyar for over four years. With eight years of expertise in design, Vinodh specializes in multimedia design, encompassing areas such as motion graphics, 3D animation, and video production. His proficiency extends to a range of creative tools, including Adobe CC's After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Autodesk Maya and Articulate 360's Storyline.

  • For nearly a year, I had the honor of managing and developing Aimee Perez. Aimee brings five years of design experience to the table, specializing in learning content design. Her expertise spans content structuring, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and eLearning production. Aimee demonstrates advanced proficiency in Articulate 360's Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia.
