This stimulating and high energy video was created as and opening sequence for St. Petersburg chiropractor and fitness instructor, Dr. Lance Robbins’ training videos. This sequence visually expresses Dr. Lance Robbins principles of Recovery, Performance, and Education. Filmed onsite at a local Crossfit, the footage and motion graphics combine to amplify the fierce energy in this video. As the art director and lead designer on this project, I developed the storyboard for filming, completed all video production, and supported the team with developing illustrations and motion graphics production.

In the Purpose & Kindness interview series, Senior Vice President Shawn Burklin talks through leadership topics that highlight why he’s a one of a kind leader. He's open, sharing his personal background, including working while going to school full-time and becoming the first college graduate in his family. He talks through his leadership philosophies on not walking by things, the good or the bad; how imperative building a trusting relationship is as the first step to being a successful leader; how he builds a safe environment for his direct reports; the importance of sincere recognition to fuel success and engagement; and so much more! At the end of each segment, fun outtakes and bonus content was provided as interviewer, Vice President Michelle Trindade let's Shawn sit back and laugh while she shines a spotlight on some of his well-known (to others, at least) “Shawn-isms”.
Purpose & Kindness is an 8-part, 2-hour leadership development series that was mandated as essential learning material for all levels of management throughout the entire company, and offered as optional developmental material for all non-management associates at GEICO.
